B2B technology / Website / Partner marketing

Managing a B2B technology presence across web, content and partner campaigns.

Cyberati Digital is where my marketing, technical and creative experience overlap most clearly. I have worked on the website revamp and continue to support its content, digital operations, partner marketing and performance reporting.

The aim is to make complex technology easier to understand while keeping Cyberati Digital, its services and its implementation capability at the centre of the message.

Context

Technology marketing can become overly focused on products or vendors. Cyberati Digital works with several solutions and partners, so its digital presence needs to explain the business value of those solutions from Cyberati's point of view.

The website also supports service discovery, partner visibility, campaign landing pages, content, recruitment and contact generation.

Translate technical propositions into clearer business communication.

A prospective client needs to understand what a solution enables and why Cyberati Digital is relevant to implementing, supporting or integrating it.

Every new partnership, campaign and landing page also needs to fit within the wider website rather than becoming an isolated message with no connection to the broader customer journey.

My role

Website and digital operations

  • Website revamp
  • Ongoing website management
  • Content creation and updates
  • Website maintenance
  • Bug correction
  • Uptime monitoring
  • Basic SEO

Marketing and content

  • Partner landing pages
  • Solution positioning
  • Social media content
  • Campaign and digital collateral
  • LinkedIn and website analytics
  • Coordination with management, commercial teams and external partners

My approach

01

Start from the client's point of view

Partner content should explain what the solution enables for the business and how Cyberati Digital supports implementation. This keeps the value proposition service-led.

02

Make the website part of the commercial journey

Service pages, partner pages, campaign landing pages and clear contact routes help visitors move from initial awareness towards a relevant business conversation.

03

Connect the channels

A landing page becomes more useful when the social content, visual collateral, call to action and website messaging support the same proposition.

04

Use analytics to prioritise

I review acquisition and page behaviour to understand which content attracts attention and where the website needs clearer discovery or conversion paths.

Partner marketing in practice

PlaceholderCodeTwo partner page, 16:10. To be supplied; partner branding needs permission.

CodeTwo

The content focused on the business outcome: centrally managed Microsoft 365 email signatures, consistent branding and less manual administration. Cyberati Digital was positioned as the implementation and management partner rather than the page simply repeating product information.

Upilot

The work included a broader partner presence and a more focused landing page for management companies. This demonstrates how a general technology proposition can be adapted to a more specific audience.

Five9

Partner content supported Cyberati Digital's wider technology ecosystem and created a relevant entry point for organisations interested in customer-experience solutions.

These figures describe website performance during a period in which I managed the digital platform. They are not presented as activity caused solely by my work.

The data indicates two useful priorities: improve intentional search discovery and connect website engagement more clearly with meaningful enquiry actions.

Mock-up note: the LinkedIn export and all headline metrics are to be validated before launch.

Social content

LinkedIn supports brand visibility, partner announcements, educational content and website campaigns within the wider Cyberati Digital presence.

Ongoing focus

Conversion tracking

Measure contact-form submissions, email clicks, telephone clicks and relevant partner enquiries.

Search visibility

Continue building useful service, partner and thought-leadership content that can attract intentional organic discovery.

Partner-page consistency

Create a repeatable structure for partner content while allowing the proposition to change according to the solution and target audience.
