Financial services / Website / Digital operations
Supporting the digital presence of an international financial-services brand.
Credentia International brings together several areas of my current work: website management, content, digital operations, brand communication, analytics and international expansion.
My responsibility is not limited to publishing content. I help keep the digital platform current, reliable and aligned with the way the business is developing across Mauritius, the UAE and Seychelles.

Project overview
Context
Credentia International operates in a sector where digital communication needs to balance credibility, clarity and trust.
The website serves several audiences at once. Prospective clients need to understand the services, candidates explore career opportunities, stakeholders assess the organisation and international visitors need to find information relevant to their market.
As the organisation expands into the UAE and Seychelles, the digital platform also needs to support a broader international presence without fragmenting the core brand.
Keep one digital platform useful as the organisation evolves.
A financial-services website cannot rely on appearance alone. It needs to explain services clearly, support trust, remain current as teams and opportunities change and give different visitors a relevant route into the organisation.
Corporate information, services, recruitment and regional content all compete for attention. The challenge is to organise these requirements within one coherent experience.
My role
Website and digital operations
- Ongoing website management
- Content creation and updates
- Website maintenance
- Bug correction
- Uptime monitoring
- Basic SEO and content optimisation
Marketing and expansion
- Ongoing website revamp
- UAE and Seychelles website expansion
- Digital and social content
- Corporate and campaign collateral
- Analytics and performance review
- Coordination around changing business priorities
My approach
Treat the website as an active business platform
I manage the site as an evolving digital asset rather than a static corporate brochure. That means keeping information current, supporting new requirements and identifying areas that need improvement as the organisation develops.
Build around visitor needs
The content needs to answer practical questions quickly: who Credentia is, what it offers, who is behind the business, how someone can join the team and how a prospective client can make contact.
Extend the brand without fragmenting it
Regional expansion introduces location-specific information, services and contact routes. My approach is to support those needs while keeping the overall experience recognisably Credentia.
Use evidence to guide improvements
I review acquisition channels, landing pages, engagement and audience geography to understand how people are finding and using the website. This provides a clearer basis for content, SEO and conversion decisions.

These figures describe website activity recorded during a period in which I managed the digital platform. They are not presented as traffic caused solely by my work.
What visitors are using
| Landing page | Sessions | Average engagement time |
|---|---|---|
| Homepage | 5,910 | 42.8 seconds |
| Our Team | 1,002 | 65.3 seconds |
| Join Our Team | 646 | 66.0 seconds |
| Contact Us | 309 | 26.6 seconds |
| Our Services | 181 | 35.0 seconds |
The pattern reinforces the website's role across corporate credibility, recruitment, service discovery and enquiry activity.
Mock-up note: all analytics figures are to be revalidated before launch.
International audience
The website recorded visitors across Mauritius, the United States, India, the UAE, Singapore, the United Kingdom, South Africa, Cyprus and Seychelles during the analysed period.
The UAE recorded 319 active users and 251 engaged sessions. Seychelles recorded 29 active users and 27 engaged sessions.
These figures do not prove that regional expansion activity created the audience. They show that visitors from both markets are already engaging with the wider Credentia digital presence, making relevant regional content useful.
Ongoing focus
International content structure
Continue organising regional information so services, contacts and office details are easy to find without duplicating the entire website.
Conversion measurement
Define and track meaningful actions such as form submissions, email clicks, telephone clicks and other enquiry signals.
Content relationships
Strengthen the connections between services, jurisdictions, articles, people and contact routes as the platform grows.
What this work demonstrates
- Ongoing ownership of an established digital platform
- Work across marketing, content, technical maintenance and analytics
- Support for international expansion within one brand system
- Understanding of a website serving several business functions
- The ability to move between planning and hands-on delivery
