Multi-brand marketing / Digital operations
Keeping six distinct brands active, relevant and recognisable.
One of the strongest patterns in my career is responsibility across more than one brand at a time.
In my current role, I support digital activity across six brands and initiatives spanning technology, financial services, corporate communication, business information and social impact. The work is not simply about volume. Each brand has its own audience, priorities, tone and level of activity.

Create consistency in the way the work moves, without making every brand communicate in the same way.
One brand may need a recruitment campaign while another needs a service landing page. One may require a corporate publication while another needs website maintenance, partner content or event collateral.
Priorities can change quickly and the audiences are rarely the same. Without structure, this type of environment can become reactive.
My role combines execution with prioritisation: understand what each brand needs, identify what matters most and keep delivery moving without flattening the differences between brands.
What I manage
Digital platforms
- Website content and updates
- Website maintenance
- Bug correction
- Basic SEO
- Uptime monitoring
- New pages and landing pages
Marketing execution
- Social media content
- Campaign copy and creative
- Email communication assets
- Brochures and corporate collateral
- Publication material
- Exhibition and event assets
Analytics and reporting
I review website and social performance to understand reach, engagement, traffic behaviour and content performance, then use those observations to support future decisions.
Stakeholder coordination
The work involves management, commercial teams, colleagues, partners and external suppliers across different business requirements and jurisdictions.
My operating approach
Begin with the objective
Before deciding whether the output should be a social post, landing page, brochure or email, I clarify the business priority and intended audience.
Protect each brand's identity
A shared process does not require identical communication. Each brand needs its own tone, visual cues, audience context and messaging priorities.
Reduce unnecessary repetition
Templates, organised asset structures, recurring checks and shared production standards create more space for decisions that need individual judgement.
Prioritise by business value
I balance urgent operational requirements with higher-value marketing activity, recognising when an issue needs immediate attention and when a request can be standardised.
Move between planning and execution
In a lean environment, the person identifying the need may also write the copy, update the website, produce the visual, publish the content and review the data. That end-to-end responsibility has shaped how I work.
How the work changes by brand
| Brand environment | Typical priority | Typical output |
|---|---|---|
| B2B technology | Partner visibility and qualified opportunities | Landing pages, LinkedIn content, campaigns and service content |
| Financial services | Trust, service visibility and international credibility | Website content, collateral, publications and recruitment content |
| Group communication | Corporate positioning and consistency | Announcements, profiles and brand material |
| Business information | Useful and searchable content | Informational pages, articles and ongoing maintenance |
| Social impact | Awareness and community relevance | Campaign content, event communication and social assets |

A recurring career pattern
My current role is not my first experience of a multi-brand environment. At JurisTax, I also supported several group entities across digital marketing, content, branding and website activity.
The current portfolio represents a progression of an operating model I have developed over several years.
What this work demonstrates
- Managing several digital environments at the same time
- Switching between sectors and audiences without losing context
- Prioritising work according to business value
- Combining websites, content, creative production and analytics
- Using repeatable processes while keeping outputs brand-specific
- Coordinating stakeholders across different requirements
Credits and attribution
To be confirmed: whether any collaborators should be credited, and the exact scope of responsibility for every example.
The value is not in doing everything at once. It is in knowing what each brand needs and keeping the system moving.
Multi-brand work has taught me to think in systems, adapt quickly and protect the context behind each piece of execution.
